All Have Gifts
Communicate with empathy and compassion. Find out what makes each person who they are, with sensitivity to their ability to be open. Everyone has a story and, knowing that story makes it easier to respect and have compassion for how they are in the moment. There is no greater value than to know oneself and, to use that quality to give the gift of attention and appreciation for another. All are imbued with gifts but in need of another to see and receive them. Let it be a challenge to find out what asset each one has and, to acknowledge them
