STRIVE TO QUALIFY
One day, a visitor entered the office of a service organisation. The man incharge of the office was in a foul mood. Before him was a long list of the many things he had attend to, during the day. He felt tired, overworked.
"Excuse me," the visitor said gently.
The man glanced up, and gave him an angry look. In his haste and pessimism, he did not even bother to ask the visitor what he wanted.
Quietly, the visitor walked out of the office. Later, he mentioned to a friend, "I just wanted to pass on to him a cheque for Rs. 50,000/- in appreciation of the good work his organisation is doing. But he was in no mood to receive!"
